Winifred believes that Energetics is the basis for both harmony as well as discord.
“For example,” she says, “if we place ourselves in joy, being loving–not necessarily to another but just being in that state–we find that our lives begin to reflect a state of harmony. The reward is a cyclical state of being healthy, balanced, joyful, and loving.”
Through her work with fitness training clients over the years, Winifred has witnessed and helped impart changes that people experience as awareness. “Energy is not static,” she says. “You are feeling it all the time, but not usually conscious of it. People tend to react to energy. Instead, we need to be pro-active with it to create what we seek to reflect in our world.”
“When someone enters a room in a rage, we sense it. Similarly, when a person enters a room in joy, we also sense that radiation. Given that we can be affected either way by an energetic field, it makes sense to consciously choose our path, as well as surround ourselves with that which we hope to be.”
Winifred created the Beauty and Balance line to help people, with a tangible wearable symbol, to remember to choose joy and to Be with Heart and Soul in the world.
